[thelist] CFSET vs CFParam

<CFPARAM> only sets the value if it isn't already defined. CFSET overwrites
any exisitng value.

CFPARAM is normally used to set a default value to a variable, but allows it
to be overwritten, normally by URL or FORM variable.

Subject: [thelist] CFSET vs CFParam

For all intents and purposes, both tags set a value to a variable.
I'm wondering if someone could offer me some insight as to why I
might choose one over another.
