have you looked at iShell?  they used to have a free version but, that may
have changed since they released a new version.  i haven't used it enough to
know if it can do what you need it to do but, i do know the nicest thing
about it is its output is cross platform, and their support is excellent.
look into it http://www.tribeworks.com

takes a while to get used to the interface but, it's pretty cool after that.
