Put the closing TD tags after your image tags without any line breaks
or empty spaces, like so:

<img border="0" height="116" src="file:///D:\Temp\HeadingLeft.jpg"
width="134"></td>

Also, put your images in a folder named "images" and try to avoid upper 
case letters in your image names :-)
