I think the waiting period is ridiculous.  The domain I want still has 
nothing on it.  After 3 years of being registered, nothing.  Just a "coming 
soon" on the page.   I don't want to email the guy and offer to buy it 
because it is a good name and the guy will prob stick it to me.

Of course, NSI could be holding the domain to "auction" it off.  I remember 
some article about that a few months ago.
