First you need to setup a virtual server for the target domain.

Second you need to put the domain in your hosts file. (On Win9x the file 
should be in c:\windows. For Win2K, c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc.) The 
format for your hosts file:

         127.0.0.7       www.foo.org
