which mouseovers, specifically? 

the only mouseovers on that page are Contact/Map/Search in the top right 
corner, and those are image mouseovers, not text

mind you, to me the text is already too small

     font-size: 0.6em

not to start another flame war, but the majority of body copy should 
always be at 1em

just my two cents canadian, eh
