Good for Flash 4 Player and above.
1) make the first page, with a meta-refresh tag, set for 5 seconds (maybe a
bit more), which re-directs to the non-flash page.
2) Make a tiny Flash movie (18x18 pixels) with an action in the first frame
to GoToURL("flashversion.html")
3) put the movie into the same page with the meta-refresh tag.
