Yes, that seems to be the case.

Also, the allegedly CSS1 compliant ie5/mac also screws up with heading
definitions. Take a look at
http://www.easyweb.co.uk/test/print2.html?printable
and have a look at the headline ("the personal site of ..."). It's H1 cos
that's structurally correct, but ie5/mac won't reduce the size of the
font to look sensible.
