[thelist] disclaimer language

Hi folks,

I'm putting the finishing touches on a hurry-quick estimate,
and I've lost my boilerplate disclaimer document -- you
know, the old, "These prices are mere wisps of an estimate
and are subject to the winds of change, not legally binding,
void where prohibited, must be 21 to enter" stuff.  Could I
please impose upon someone (anyone?) to borrow a paragraph
or two?
