Clients and Profits - here's your workflow open application > click on the
baloney (some say its a Dali style clock, no its baloney) > press tab > find
that one job number out of all the job numbers that have ever existed since
your company bought the software > put in the amount time > repeat until
your day's worth of time is complete > click on next day > then the damn
thing asks you if you want to save, or blow away that day's work.

its a damn fine application...

couldn't be, steve, the worst timesheet user interface in the known
universe was at my former company -- i designed the database, but "under
protest," because the developer wouldn't reveal user requirements to me,
instead came over every other day to "add just one more column" or change a
relationship from one-to-many to many-to-many...  i ended up revising the
database design i think seventeen times...

anyhow, the user interface was ungodly complex, you never knew where you
were or what you could do next

did i mention the developer was a powerbuilder programmer just learning
netscape livewire?  ye gods...

still, i'm proud of my work -- http://rudy.ca/tm1.gif  -- but not sure if i
should include this database design in my online résumé (suggestions
welcomed -- please contact me off list)

anyhow, nobody likes time sheets, which have to be the second most common
place for "creative accounting" (right after expense accounts)
