Yep -- most (if not all) validators will complain to you if the quotes are
not set, but none of the browsers (or at least none that I am aware of) have
any problems if the quotes are missing. It's still a good exercise to put
quotes around everything -- I don't know how forgiving browsers/parsers/etc
will be in the "XML age" (whenever that will be).
