lemme guess, you're experiencing this using netscape.  if so, this is a
known issue with netscape.  i believe it's because the cflocation points
back to the same template.  if you insert a random number into the query
string, making the url appear unique then it will go away.

they often don't.  they're usually underpaid network or sysadmins that
barely know how to answer the phone and watch the server during off-peak
hours.
