sure, open the popup, call it's blur() method, then call the focus() method
the opener.  that'll push the popup behind.

now, does anyone have your street address handy so i know where to send the
hired gun?  shooting people who use these sorts of "advertising" techniques
seems to be the next big thing.  ;p
