For PHP exmpales and tutorials, one of the best sites is phpbuilder.com 
http://www.phpbuilder.com/ - they have lots of in depth how-to's and 
tuturials

Netscapes DevEdge also has some usefull, albeit older, articles and 
how-to's for Javascript.

as well as XML

Of course, if you ever run into problems along the way while you're
