[thelist] How to create autorun file for a CD?

Hi again. I was assisting someone earlier today in burning a CD
and the question was asked how to have an "index.htm" file load
automatically upon
insertion of the CD. I knew it was an autorun file, and two different
sources on the
web said 1) create autorun.exe and 2) autorun.ini.

So...what is the file I should create? And what is the text to put in the
file?

Also, this index file is located within a folder within the root.
