[thelist] 100% height table problems

Well, the responses have been strange to this one..some people see flush,
other's don't even on the same browser. I accomplished this once with another
layout, so I got it out and uploaded it:

Looks good to me on IE 5.% on NT and Win98.

Trying to do some detective work to see why this one works, and the other one
doesn't :)
Anyone who wants to see how this was accomplished is welcome to check the source
code, I can't remember myself how I did it ;)
