ServerObjects has a product called AspHTTP (see
http://www.serverobjects.com/products.htm) which I use. I like it, generaly
(although managing remote timeouts can be a bit of a black art). An
alternative product is AspTear
(http://www.alphasierrapapa.com/IisDev/Components/), which I haven't used,
but seems pretty similar.

It is also *possible* to use the Microsoft XMLHTTP object to do this,
although it's not supported and (IME) rather flaky. Instructions at

#include doesn't work - at least not yet.
