[thelist] Open in new window

I'm considering adding a small form to my site, so that users can determine
if they want links to open in a new window or the same window.  I've seen it
around, but can't remember where.

So, first: does anyone know where I can get my hands on it?

Second: is this just a gimmick - I've found myself using shift+click a lot
on the site, so I wonder if other people go through the same thing.

Third (OT): just saw the "new" evolt site - I've been away - looks great,
pity the search doesn't work, but looks great.
