[thelist] Forcing wrap in table cells

since Microsoft is not the standards body in charge of HTML, they 
aren't the best place to look for the final answer on tags, attributes, 
or their use...

neither <wbr> or <nobr> exist in HTML... at least not in 2.0, 3.2, or 
4.01... nor within XHTML 1.0...

i believe these tags were introduced by Netscape back in version 
2.0 or so, and it may still support them as late as version 4, but 
since the tags don't exist, i wouldn't expect Netscape 6 to support 
them...

whenever looking up tags or attributes, try:
  http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/
