[thelist] drinkies and networking 'round the world...

All these localized networking things got me thinking - is there a
central site which has information on web geek networking events 'round
the world? so that if I looked at NYC I would see WWWAC, or at San
Francisco NoEnd, (or WebSanDiego.org events for my own list)... might be
an interesting database. Kind of a think globally, show off locally type
deal.
