[thelist] "base href" question

Hey all,

I'll be using a <base href> tag in my 100+ page website.  While I'm coding 
it, I'll be doing it on my local machine.  Then, I'll simply do a universal 
change on all the files to the <base href> tag before I upload it to the 
live server.

My question is: What is the syntax for a non-http:// address in the base 
href tag?  My base directory will be C:\websites\newsite\html\ on a Windows 
machine. I can't seem to get it right...
