Testing on IE5.5 and NS4.7, this doesn't work as I'd like it to. What
happens is the page "jumps" to the anchor, aligning vertically, along the
right edge of the browser.

Ideally what I would want to happen is the user clicks a navigation link,
and jumps to the anchor point which appears in the top-left (as opposed to
the top-right now)
