My understanding is that CF *always* returns a 200 OK header.  Maybe that
has changed in 4.5.1.  Regardless, CFHEADER does not change headers, it can
only add headers.

That's *specifically* what I did. A habit from writing PHP headers -
where you have to assure no whitespace or anything. Not sure how
CFHEADER works compared to that.
