[thelist] Print friendly pages.

If you just need to make one page printer-friendly, then you could try using
a common server-side tool like XSSI to put the content into two pages--the
regular page and a print-friendly version. SSI might even be running on your
server already, if you're using a hosting company.

If you need to produce many printer-friendly pages, this could become
cumbersome. You might consider using the same HTML for both screen and
printer-friendly versions, but applying different style sheets. I'm not sure
about this one, but I think you could use JavaScript to apply a different
style sheet even after the screen version of the page has loaded. Anyone
have any thoughts on this?
