I was in the same boat as Erika a couple of months ago - I'm not a
hardcore programmer, and I'm hardly a graphic designer, but I do both to a
degree. I tried the route of recruiters, and they didn't help me at all.
It wasn't until I started looking for myself that I found the job that I'm
at now.
Try monster.com. It worked for me......
