sure you can. you can do anything you like with the onSubmit event handler.
it just requires getting creative and understanding how the event handler
works.

the window chrome cannot be set once the popup has been created. the one
exception to this is in nn4 with a signed script (read pain in the arse).
even then, only some of the window chrome can be changed.
