A little further follow-up to the Missing Template Handler super-sneaky
fix:

If everything's configured as Judah suggested, then the header returned is
   HTTP/1.1 200 OK
   [blah blah blah]
   Page-Status-Completion: Abnormal

I'm not sure what that Page-Status-Completion is, but I don't think I like
it. However, it doesn't seem to be causing any problems. Yet.

On another site, configured slightly differently, I'm getting
   HTTP/1.1 302 Object Moved
But the pages seem to work fine for everybody. Further investigation is
required.

Can anyone tell me anything about the Page-Status-Completion HTTP header,
and what possible effects it might have?
