Using ColdFusion, for instance, it could be done in post-processing.

Or...also keep in mind, when using a form and using the action attribute
of the post method, you can have an unlimited number of actions so long 
as you separate them with semicolons.

One way this could be possible i guess is thru using a confirmation
page... the "this has been mailed..." page that is modified to
redirect to the "welcome, member" page...

...not quite sure howyou'd do it tho. heh
