[thelist] Weird CF double-data issue

In an earlier version of CF, I think I remember a problem with form values
and multipart/form-data.  It has to do with the way the page passes the form
information. IT sounds like this may be an extension of that problem.

You could use ListFirst() around your form values on your processing page in
order to remove the duplicate values, but that's a kludge rather than a
solution.
