[thelist] Loading the CSS instead of the HTML?

i ve had it go away by changing the position of the link to stylesheet
(within the header of course) - in this case i was using an external
stylesheet.  perhaps it was chance, but it worked.

On http://css.nu/pointers/bugs.html they note that this happens for Netscape
("causes include: incorrect type sent by server, longish stylesheets,
reloading/resizing load in progress, a fast connection, earlier versions of
NN...").

I've seen it happen in IE too and wonder if fast connection/long stylesheet
are to blame. I've always gotten it to go away by reloading.
