[thelist] DW4: really turning _notes off

Hi,
just switched from Dreamweaver 3 to 4 and now I find such neat _notes
folders in all my defined sites.
I made sure that I turned "Maintain Design Notes" off, deleted the
folder and the next time I started over - voila - it was there again.
So how can I *really* get rid of this?
