[thelist] Uploading a FrontPage form w/ UltraDev

Hi there. My name is Shaun, and I'm new to the list.  I currently work on a
corporate website while doing a small amount of freelance stuff for friends
and family.  I mostly use UltraDev for my job and freelance stuff.  I know
HTML like the back of my hand, and a modest amount of
JavaScript/ASP/XML/Visual Basic/VB Script, and I'm not afraid to learn
something new.

Anyway, here's my first question.

Even though the company I work for has just switched over to UltraDev, all
of their forms use the FrontPage extensions.  All new forms are done in
FrontPage.  My question: Is it possible to create the form in UD, take the
form into FP to utilize the extensions, save the file and then upload the
form with UD?  I've been able to do it with mixed results, under the
following circumstances.

1) It works if the file existed before I tried to UL the new file, and the
form wasn't changed.
2) If the file didn't exist before-hand, it doesn't work.

Does UL'ing with FP register the form with the server somehow?  That's my
thinking currently.
