An app you're already using - MusicMatch Jukebox - can add/edit MP3 tags en
masse.

To do this,

1. Select the songs you have already ripped and want to edit from the
library, right-click then select "Edit track tag(s)..."
2. In the tag editor, select the songs you want to edit using the usual key
combos (shift-click, ctrl-click, etc.)
3. You can now edit the Artist, Album, Genre and Preference tags en masse
(along with the other tags available in the art info section and other tabs
along the top) by checking the boxes next to the text boxes and editing the
details.
4. Click "Apply" and the edits will be applied.

Obviously you can't change actual track names all at once as they need to be
individually named, but you can name these before the record then change the
rest of the tags when it's ripped. Also, tags will be automatically added if
the CD data is found on the CDDB.

Hope this helps.
