[thelist] LCase, UCase, Sentence Case? <cf>

Is there a quick and dirty Sentence case function in CF

#LCase(foo)# turns:
	HELLO WORLD 
into
	hello world
and #LCase(foo)#
would turn it back.

Is there a simple Sentence case function which would turn it to:
	Hello World

I'm looking but see nothing obvious.
