Yep, M18 supported it, Netscape 6.0 and 6.01 and Mozilla 0.6 and 0.7 didn't, 
now 0.8 finally supports it once again.

Apart from this, IE5Mac and Opera 5 Win are the only browsers support 
position: fixed.
