I'm about to start working on an existing web site that uses ASP for a couple
of pages with editable content. There's a web interface that includes a few
forms that allow the owner to edit modified dates, job postings, officer
names, etc. My first task is to fix a simple asp page that is supposed to
display a date entered into one of the forms. Unfortunately, I'm on a Mac and
have no experience or familiarity with ASP. My only access to the site server
will be through FTP.
I have Adobe GoLive 5 which includes a Dynamic Linking module for working with
ASP but I haven't delved into it yet. I also have Virtual PC in case I need to
run a PC-based server for testing. Finally, I just bought ASP In A Nutshell
from O'Reilly.
Can any Mac users offer any tips and insights on working with ASP?
