[thelist] SQL errors and ASP version?

Hi,
  I was wondering about how I can trap SQL errors so
that the user doesnt see strange error messages. I
know that ASP 3.0 allows the use of Try...Catch blocks
and I am familiar with them as I have used them in
Java Servlets. Does this work with ASP 2.0 or is there
any other way to trap SQL errors? How do I know which
version of ASP I am currently using?
