Hi Janet...

I would think that you have two real options:

1. Web Based Email

a) They can all sign up for Hotmail or Yahoo accounts. I don't really use
these, but I think some will send an email to their real email account
informing them they have new mail @hotmail or @yahoo or whatever.

You can also go to a place like everyone.net and set your own "hotmail"
style web mail to give them email addresses like
whoever at whateverdomainyouwant.com.

b) Run your own web-based email program, but that's more complex.

2. Use Their Email Clients

Most email clients (software) will let you configure multiple accounts.
Outlook certainly will. However, it would be a pain I wouldn't want to
explain to 20 different people how to configure the new accounts, the POP
information, and the sending procedure for God only knows how many email
clients.
