[thelist] Frames, menus and Dreamweaver-help needed

\Is there any way to manipulate the frames/code so that the
\drop-down menus always stay on top of the bottom page?

as far as I can remember...no becuase each fram in itself a sepearte frame 
and must obey the rules of action on a regular frame.  please someone 
correct me if I am incorrect. 85% sure I am correct
