well, the rip-off looks worse... and it took a minute to determine it 
was the same... i dunno that it's worth worrying too much about...

what did those folks say when your friend contacted them?

that's a weighted question for a reason... site rip-offs are common, 
but it's not always worth pursuing with legal fangs, especially when 
they look different enough... and often these can be settled without 
lawyers, threats, etc... and when they can't, often a lawyer is 
ineffective anyway...

so, have her contact them, and take it from there...
