<tip type="font size versus headline tags">
<h1> through <h6> are not simply adjustments to 
font size.  They result in formatting as well. 

W3C gives *no* indication as to how they should
be rendered, except that they should be ordered in
rank of importance. 

Typically, browsers use centering, bolding, and 
space above and below the rendered headline,
but there is no consistancy from browser to browser.
