I am trying to install PHP4 onto my win2k pro computer running Apache. I
have followed the steps in the php manual to the letter. I am trying to
install the SAPI version. However, this is definitely not working.

I have placed the 'php.ini' file into my winnt directory and made the
required changes to it as outlined by the manual.

I have also added the following two lines to the httpd.conf file in apache:
1. LoadModule php4_module c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll
2. AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .phtml

And I have moved the 'php.ini-dist' into the winnt/system32 directory.

However, when I try and restart Apache all I get is that it has generated
errors and is being shut down. When I try and find an error log or something
to determine what happened, I can't find any information.

Does anyone have any idea of what I am doind wrong here?

Apache Version: 1.3.16 (I think)
PHP4 Version: php4.0.4pl1-win32
