[thelist] RE: Not filling total width

I have run into the same problem.

I am willing to wager that
you only see it in Netscape. Seems that others who reported
no problem were using IE (checked IE-OK, NS - like you
said). You will notice that width of the pesky gap is
identical to the width of a scrollbar that would normally be
in its place if you were to need it. Which of course defeats
the purpose of designing to fit on one screen. Maybe some
convoluted frameset concoction with scroll attributes
tweaked might resolve the situation, but probably more
trouble than its worth. If you have any demographics on your
audience's browser prefs, (IE vs NS), you might find that
worrying over a small detail that only affects a minority of
users might not be worth the hair-pulling.

It IS annoying as heck, tho, so if you figure it out or
anyone can help, let me know.

Best of luck

have everything set to 100%, and all the odds and ends.
