Way, way, way too fast :-)

Search download.cnet.com or tucows.com for "CD rippers" or "MP3 rippers". I
have one called CDex that can do CD->MP3, CD->WAV, WAV->MP3, etc etc,
freeware, never had a problem, and so on. I believe the latest M$ Media
Player can record into .WMA as well (so similar to MP3 it's not funny).

Is there any way I can make a sound clip for a web page from a CD?

A client has a CD from which she wants a song extracted and made part of one
of her web pages. I told her, no, I'd have to hunt the net for the song in a
.wav or MIDI (maybe MPEG) format. But, just wondered if I jumped the gun too
fast?

Too fast on the draw,
Sharon
