If you just let it go, you aren't being honest with your customer and he's
going to come screaming to you when your games don't work. What you must do
is tell him that the ONE game will work because it is being served from your
host, but in the future, unless his webhost has the proper setup, your games
will not work and there's no point in using them if he is going to serve
them from the wrong type of server. 

You don't have to trash the other company's recommended ISP; just tell your
customer that there are lots of options out there and if he wants to run
your games in the future he needs to use an ISP that runs the right platform
to make the games work. I can't imagine anyone arguing with that; it will be
up to him to decide how important the games are to the success of his site.
It's not unethical to point out that there are options.
