Yes, confused me. Non-Americans may be accustomed to capital U-S 
representing USD's when displayed atop a list of dollar values. Maybe 
something like DCD would be better?

How bout some alt tags for the images?

Nitpicking a bit, but you've used the title "Manage your Domain(s)" 
everywhere else, why not at the top instead of "Manage a Domain"?

And I didn't particularly like the policy documents popping up in a new window.

Also, I'm not sure whether this is intentional, but in Netscape all the 
standard body text. This wreaks considerable havoc on the FAQ page... 
(Netscape 4.7 incidentally)

Other than that, layout is neat and attractive.
