[thelist] sql: order by and umlauts/entities

Just realised I probably answered a different question in the post I just
sent, so I'll complete it by saying that what I wrote applies to a database
where the entities are saved as characters e.g. öäå. If you find that they
then sort correctly for your language, you're probably then best off using
one of the built in PHP functions to do the conversions to entities rather
than doing it in SQL.
