I've got an Access database recordset holding an email mailing list.  Using
ASP, I'm trying to figure out how to make sure that an entry isn't over so
many characters or that it doesn't contain any invalid characters.  I could
do this with JavaScript, but that's not secure (someone could disable
JavaScript or submit the form from outside the page, right?) so what's the
best way to handle this?
