[thelist] Configuring Java SDK 1.3 on an NT box

Eeeps.  last email got away before I put in any content...(sorry, it's Friday).

I need some help configuring Java on an NT box.  I got the Java SDK 1.3 downloaded just fine and
installed it, but don't know how to set up the environmental properties (specifically, the path to
it).  I was "blessed" with an NT box since I'm having to explore that middleware issue I've
mentioned before and I'm not conversant with NT's behavior.  

Additionally, I've no Java experience, but am trudging through a book.  Hopefully, things will get
better after the install.  Won't they?
