[thelist] Listserve/Noticeboard software

Hello,

Can anyone recommend:

* good, not too pricey listserve software
and 
* good, not too pricey, customisable noticeboard software (but NOT
WebCrossing which we've been having a nightmare with)

Both to work with MS IIS.

I'd be very grateful for any pointers/advice. Many thanks in advance.
